(2) Quantitative analysis of the automatic dosing machine. It can be commonly used in mineral processing, flotation reagents, extraction and other production processes that require quantitative analysis of the addition of liquid drugs.
(3) Hydrated lime addition equipment. The hydrated lime added by the automatic dosing machine for pH adjustment of domestic flotation agents has always troubled most domestic mineral processing plants. The main reasons are: hydrated lime contains high impurities, is easy to form calcium, has poor fluidity, and is corrosive. Large. Most mineral processing plants choose manual addition, which not only consumes a lot of quicklime powder and pollutes the air, but also cannot achieve efficient pH control, harming the flotation reagent indicators.
